6 generation baklava shop located in Karaköy.
Karaköy Güllüoğlu is the first shop outside of Gaziantep, founded by the Güllü family who has been making baklava since the 1800s. Carrying along a big baklava knowledge and heritage, Karaköy Güllüoğlu has been living for 5 generations in this unique place adopting to its ever changing concepts.
Logo Concept
The identity is inspired by this shop's and its founders' ability to be a bridge connecting tradition to innovation, apprenticeship to craftsmenship, the city of Gaziantep to Istanbul, and the city of Istanbul to the rest of the world.
